Management & Customised Training

Training makes employees feel valued, helps to improve productivity and provides a platform for the introduction of future new processes.  We can provide generic training in areas such as time management, stress management, customer service, phone etiquette, communication skills, negotiation and handling conflict.  We can also offer more specific, customised training in areas such as operations or accounts processes, sales techniques or centralised purchasing.  Our tailored management training is ideal for new supervisors or managers to complement their existing experience with the ability to effectively manage employees.  We offer a variety of training options from EQ (Emotional Intelligence) improvement to assertiveness and methods to engage and motivate employees.  All training is done onsite at a convenient time, either individually or as a small to medium group depending on the topic.
